Located in one of the best areas of Budapest, the Visegradi Apartment 18A is close to the popular and fashionable St. István Boulevard and to the Margaret Island, the Margaret Bridge and the Hungarian Parliament. The Western Railway Station (Nyugati) and the West End City Center are very close too.
The Visegradi Apartment 18A has two separated bedrooms, the both with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, commode and small lamp.
The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas coffee table, TV, standing lamp, wardrobe, shelves. The Visegradi Apartment 18A has a modern kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dinner set, dishes and cutlery set. There is also a nice dining area with dining table, 6 chairs, corner shelf, radio and wardrobe.
The first bathroom of the Visegradi Apartment 18A has a bathtub, sink, washing machine, mirror, commode and a separated toilette while the second bathroom is equipped with shower, toilette, small mirror and hairdryer.
The Visegradi Apartment 18A is perfectly located in Budapest at only a few minutes walk to the Parliament, the Margaret Island, the Western Railway Station (Nyugati) or the West End City Center (shopping center). There are also metro (blue line /no.2), trams (no.4, 69) and buses who connect this apartment with all the places of the city.

Payment:
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in HUF). The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in HUF depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
Payment on arrival can be done directly to the driver (in case you have booked pick-up from the airport or train station with us) or at the office on 1061 Bp. Paulay Ede str. 20 (in case you do not wish to reserve taxi with us).
Check-in and Check-out
The standard check-in time is at 15:00 - if we have guests leaving the apartment the same day you arrive, we need some time to get the apartment ready for you after they check out. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with us until you can check in the apartment.
If the apartment will be free the night before your arrival, you could check in as soon as you arrive in Budapest. I'm afraid that we cannot know for sure the situation until one or two days before your arrival.
For check in outside office hours (which are 10:00 – 19:00) there is a fee of 15 euros.
The standard check-out time is at 11:00. This is to have time to prepare the apartment for the next guest arriving on the same day. However you can leave your luggage with us until you need to leave for the airport.
On check in and check out we kindly ask you to pass by our office to pick up your keys and return them. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m., otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 7 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If you notify us up to 7 days before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation charge.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
During top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee; if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the deposit is retained as cancellation fee.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
