The Flatley Apartment is located on the 4th floor of a newly constructed building from 2009. It is an open space apartment which consists in living room, bedroom and American style kitchen areas. The balcony has view to the newly renovated streets and houses, in an elegant residential area.
As all our apartments, the Flately apartment is fully equipped - you can find everything you need in the kitchen (fridge, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker etc.) and the bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer) . The living room includes a TV, a DVD and internet access.
There is a double bed in the bedroom, and the living room has a double sofa bed, which makes the accommodation suitable for up to 4 people. The bathroom and the toilet are separated from each other.
The house - where the apartment is - was built in 2009. It is in the heart of the city, within walking distance from the cross of the three metro lines. Although this area is calm, quiet and safe, the public transport is very good day and night. This area has got a special character as hundreds of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops provide a pleasant atmosphere.
Although parking downtown is not easy to find, we can recommend one close to the apartment , in Deak square.
Many historical sites are located within easy walking distance from the Flatley Apartment: St. Stephen Cathedral, The Building of the Hungarian Parliament and the famous Vaci Street. It takes about 10 minutes by the yellow metro line to reach the Heroes Square.
You can visit our famous museums, the ZOO and the amusement park, a nice lake near Gundel restaurant and the Szechenyi Thermal Bath.

Payment:
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash (directly in euros or in HUF) or by credit card. The price in euro is fixed, as agreed with you at the time of the booking. The rate in HUF depends on the bank exchange rate available on the day of your arrival.
Payment by credit card is accepted, except for American Express cards.
Arrival: Please call us when you are about to leave the airport so we'd know when to expect you at the apartment. Please note that in case you are more than half an hour late from the agreed meeting time, there is a charge of 20 euros.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid is retained as cancellation charge.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
