The Visegradi 12 apartment is a spacious flat located in one of the best areas of Historical Budapest, close to the popular and fashionable Szt.István Boulevard, to the Margaret Island, the Margaret Bridge, the Hungarian Parliament and the government district.

The Visegradi 12 Apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet building. It is an elegant apartment (with oak parquet, design kitchen), with a surface of 102 sq.m. The apartment has 2 rooms:

Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, study desk, small table, book shelf, night table with lamp, sofa and armchair;
Living room with 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV with shelf, standing lamp and dining table with 4 chairs.

The equipment of the apartment includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, kettle, bar chairs, all the utensils for cooking and a dining table. The bathroom has bath tub, sink, and toilette, cupboard with mirror, glass shelves and hairdryer.

The Visegradi 12 Apartment is located at a short and pleasant walk of only 5 minutes from the Parliament and the Margaret Island. The location allows easy access to the daytime tourist attractions and the city´s rich and varied nightlife. For those not wishing to walk, there are nearby tram stops (no. 4, 6) and underground metro station at to the Western Railway Station (Nyugati pu) with services that run across the Budapest.
